Momentum Advanced Solutions, the digital services division of OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd., announced today that that it has acquired certain strategic assets from Novator Systems Ltd. According to the release, the deal was done to help expand Momentum’s eCommerce product offering, which is a core part of Novator’s business. If you recall made another acquisition a few weeks ago which might lead to a complete acquisition of Novator in the coming months. Earlier in the year Novator Founder Mark Fox stepped aside as Donald J. McDonald took over as CEO, while Mark continued as a Chairman of the Board. [adrotate banner=”6″]
