Open Text Corporation just announced another acquisition today, as it purchased Operitel Corporation, a company specializing in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Learning Portals. Operitel is also a Canadian company based in Peterborough, Ontario, its solution includes social and mobile learning management and capabilities that integrate with Microsoft SharePoint.
