Northcore Technologies Inc announced the acquisition of Envision Online Media Inc for an undisclosed sum. Envision is an Ottawa based software development company that helps in the delivery of Social Commerce and Content Management solutions.
“The completion of this acquisition is an acceleration event for Northcore and our shareholders,” said Amit Monga, CEO of Northcore Technologies. “It is our stated goal to aggressively pursue a strategy of targeting accretive acquisitions and I am pleased to present Envision as our first disclosed success. Envision will now operate as a Northcore portfolio company and our shareholder community will see the beneficial results almost immediately.”
All employees of Envision Online Media will make the transition and become Northcore employees as part of the acquisition.
