Ottawa-based Shopify has announced it has acquired Jet Cooper, a design and user experience agency in Toronto for an undisclosed sum. As part of the move, Shopify will look to further expand their eCommerce platform into the Toronto area, they have already doubled their staff since 2006 and expects to reach 300 employees by the end of 2013.
Jet Cooper was Co-Founded by Satish Kanwar, he and his team of over 25 developers and designers will join Shopify.
