eCommerce platform startup ShopLocket has been acquired by PCH International for an undisclosed sum. ShopLocket will continue to operate “staus-quo,” and be a sub-brand of its new parent company. Katherine Hague, Founder of ShopLocket was recently ranked on our “Canada’s Top Female Founders” list.
