Ad- Grow My Agency

As they look to start of the year strong, Dentsu Aegis Network or Dentsu as we’ve come to know them made an acquisition this week that is aimed at helping the media network diversity its digital offering. Dentsu has acquired Grip Limited (Grip), who focuses creative, digital and branded content work. Grip was originally founded in 2002 and currently has a staff count of 150.
Once the acquisition is complete, Grip will maintain its name and branding, and operate as a specialist brand within Dentsu Aegis Network Canada.

The agency will continue to be managed by the senior leadership team of the founding partners, Bob Shanks, Managing Partner, and Creative Partners, David Crichton, David Chiavegato, Rich Pryce Jones, Randy Stein, and Scott Dube.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
