Trader Finds New Home In $1.5B Acquisition

Looks like online auto marketplace Trader Corporate has a new home, this time with private equity firm Thoma Bravo. The equity firm has acquired Trader for approximately CAD1.575 billion. Trader is home to a number of brands including autoTrader.ca, autoHEBDO.net and Autos.ca and services over 5,000 dealers, and listing over 450,000 vehicles.
