Messaging App Kik Rises From The Dead With New Owner

Kik Looks like mobile messaging app Kik will live on after rumours the app was to be shut down by its founder Tim Livingston. MediaLab, a Los Angeles-based multimedia holding company has acquired Kik.

This make an interesting play for MediaLab who already has several apps under it including Whisper and DatPiff.
