Scotiabank [TCO] has promoted Melissa (Dranfield) Mohun to the role of Vice President of Digital Customer Experience.  Prior to this she was Director of Customer Experience, Design Strategy & Culture, Scotiabank Digital Banking; Director, Communications and Engagement, Information Technology & Digital Factory; Senior Manager, Strategy & Communications.
