After 16 years of business together Taxi [TCO] is walking away from its relationship with retailer Canadian Tire. It was a profitable relationship as their creative agency of record (AOR) that resulted in various awards and memorable campaigns over the years. Canadian Tire is currently in an RFP process that will close later this year, although invited Taxi declined to take part.
This of course means a significant revenue source will be missing from the agency’s books, but will they be able to replace it without impacting the number of staff the agency employees?
