Eyereturn Marketing, founded by Renée Hill and Tim Stoute back in 2000 has been a key fixture in the Canadian digital ecosystem.  The company would eventually become acquired by Torstar, but continue to operate as a division of the publisher.

Back in November 2020, Loblaw acquired the digital ad serving technology from Torstar, leaving behind services that allowed for creative and campaign services.  This week things came to an end as it was announced that Torstar will be shutting down Eyereturn Marketing.  With the new ownership in place this is one of the changes to come from Torstar.
