Vancouver-based HootSuite is having a blast, with one of the biggest funding rounds in Canada secured in the bank, they continue to reach new heights. Last week the social media dashboard signed a deal with Twitter that will allow it to sell advertising on its network. HootSuite Pro premium clients (which as of writing is about 30,000) will receive $100 in vouchers for ads on Twitter.  This deal is aimed at the small and medium sized business rather than large enterprise companies.

In the same week, HootSuite also announced that it has reached 4 million users (signups, they have not disclosed the exact number of active accounts).
