Rogers, Canada’s largest telecommunications company and the media gift that keeps on giving with story after story about its boardroom adventures has provided another chapter to add to this year long saga. After Edward Rogers, Chairman of Rogers got his wish and fired former CEO Joe Natale, the company appointed Tony Staffieri the new CEO. Many have compared the last year of Rogers to the television show Succession with its cutthroat Logan Roy, Founder and CEO of the media conglomerate Waystar Royco and is the patriarch of The Roy Family.
Suzanne Rogers and “socialite” paid actor Brian Cox who plays the character Logan to send a message congratulating her husband on his victory. Brian (in character as Logan) used his Cameo account to post the video also telling Joe to “fxxx off”, for just under $1,000 Suzanne was able to show her own character and privilege.
