To emphasize Moving Day and the excitement that comes with it, McDonald’s Canada effectively conveyed this through the Always Around the Corner campaign. This effort demonstrated that, no matter the change in postal codes, McDonald’s remains nearby, serving as a familiar and welcoming presence on what is frequently a highly emotional day.

Drawing inspiration from Where’s Waldo?, the campaign presented three still visuals. The iconic Golden Arches were artfully concealed within scenes of Moving Day, solidifying McDonald’s association with their everyday experiences.
“July 1st is a special day for everyone moving in Quebec, and McDonald’s is delighted to be part of it,” noted Suzanne Grondin, Marketing Manager – Quebec, at McDonald’s Canada. "With our 300 restaurants across the province, Quebecers can count on us, no matter where they live”.

The campaign ran in print and on signage in the Montreal area as well as on social networks on July 1st.
