Subway Canada is known for its iconic 6-inch and footlong subs, but the QSR brand is also known for its tongue-in-cheek style of campaigns.  

The agencies embraced the metric system in their latest campaign, adopting a playful tone as they moved away from inches. This witty approach adds a fresh perspective to the messaging.s

“We have a tremendous value offer of five classic subs a price point Canadians are craving right now.” states Denny Downie, Head of Marketing for Subway Canada. “We found a timely way of reinforcing a distinctly Subway brand ordering experience, while communicating our value messaging with a wink.”

The campaign is being supported TV (Roku, Plex, Pluto TV, Bloomberg, Bell TV, Fubo, CBS, Tubi TV), OLV and Netflix, and helps to show Shooter McGavin (Christopher McDonald) dismay at the prospect of getting a ‘Happy Gilmore Meal’
