WPP has launched a major global restructuring, consolidating operations and leadership roles in a bid to save $949 million over the next three years. This is the most significant change that has been revealed since the new WPP boss, Cindy Ross, took the helm six months ago.

WPP today announces Elevate28, a multi-year strategic plan designed to simplify and integrate our client proposition, restore growth, and drive long-term value for clients, talent, and shareholders. As we transition from a holding company structure to a single company, WPP will streamline its operations to deliver fully integrated, AI-enabled solutions through four core operating units—WPP Media, WPP Creative, WPP Production, and WPP Enterprise Solutions—across four regions: North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC.
