The cloud above The Trade Desk just grew a little darker, as news emerged that Omnicom has commissioned a third-party audit of the company, the holding firm told clients in a memo.  This follows last week's news that Publicis also completed its own audit and issued its own warning to clients.

While this is not good news for TTD, not all agencies are piling on and calling for its demise, as Profectio discovered in a recent interview with Cairns O'Neil.

Jeff Green, CEO of The Trade Desk, is not taking the scrutiny lying down; he is engaging in several tactical steps to ensure their narrative is also being heard.
